New ideas, tested in the real world.
Some ideas do not fit a standard category. We build them small and honest: a working artefact that answers a question, not a deck that defers it.
Who it is for
Teams with a concept that does not fit a standard category, and founders who want to test something unusual without betting a full budget on it.
This is also where our own experiments live. We build internal products alongside client work, and we are careful to label what exists, what is in development and what is still a concept.
What we can build
- Internal products
- Prototypes
- Experimental tools
- Smaller mobile games
- New digital product concepts
How the engagement works
A prototype exists to answer a question, so we define the question first and build only what answering it takes. The scope stays small on purpose.
When an experiment works, it can graduate into a real product with the foundations rebuilt properly. When it does not, you have learned the answer cheaply, which was the point.
The problems it addresses
- An idea nobody can evaluate because it does not exist yet
- A concept stuck in decks and meetings
- A small experiment that keeps losing to bigger priorities
What an experiment is worth
Experiments protect budgets. A working prototype replaces opinion with evidence, and a small failed test is far cheaper than a large failed launch. Some of what we build here becomes a product; the rest teaches us something, and both outcomes are useful.
